WILD BLUEBERRY ZESTY STEW (Winter Healing Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups wild blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1–2 tbsp coconut sugar
Zest of 1⁄2 lemon
2–3 tbsp water
Instructions:
Simmer blueberries with coconut sugar and a splash of water for 10–12 minutes, until thickened. Stir in lemon zest before serving.
